WindChaser's condensation elimination system provides increased efficiency, performance and convenience over other units that require users to remove and empty water tanks or use external pumps to remove condensation. This system enables WindChaser portable air conditioners to continuously and efficiently operate for increased cooling and dehumidification.

Condensation helps the PAC9 series run more efficiently by using a slinger ring to blow the unit's own built-up condensation over the condenser, which cools down the condenser and removes heat. During this process, moisture is vaporized and exhausts with the heat via the exhaust hose, thus eliminating most of the condensation and dehumidifying the room. Under rare and extremely humid conditions, excess condensation may accumulate in the unit's collecting tank, but may be removed quickly and easily via a small drain hose located on the bottom rear of the unit.

Condensation is easily drained continuously through 1 of 2 thin rubber drain hoses. One hose runs through the exhaust hose and will drain the condensate utilizing a built in pump. The hose may run vertically up to a maximum of 5.9 feet above the ground. Alternatively, the other drain hose, located at the bottom rear of the unit, may be used to drain the condensate via gravity.
